How many factories is Haide running?

Haide owns two factories and the total area of the factories is above 10000 ㎡.

● Does Haide offer free samples? If so, how long can the client get the samples?

It depends on the product. Please contact our sales manager to inquire. We will send the sample out within 7 days.

● What is the Minimum Order Quantity? (MOQ)

Minimum order quantity depends on a particular product. Please refer to the following number for reference.

-For energy saving lamp (CFL), MOQ will be 3000 if the Power<45w. MOQ will be 1000 if the Power≥45W.

-For LED lamp, MOQ for grid lamp and panel lamp is 200, MOQ for LED TUBE is 500.

● What is the delivery time of Haide products?

It depends on the transportation method. Usually it will take 30-45 days by sea (NINGBO PORT).

● What kind of payment terms does Haide accept?

-We prefer confirmed 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight

-Possibly T/T 30-50% of total amount as down payment before shipment and left balance before releasing documents.

-All by T/T before shipment, especially for the case that the total deal amount is small.

-Some other payments are also welcome if the amount is very small, such as Western Union, Money Gram, etc.
